ART ET CULTURE BONSAI welcomes you. Our store, which is located in Shawinigan, in the Mauricie region of the province of Quebec (Canada), offers a wide variety of bonsai, pre-bonsai and a full range of pottery, tools, bonsai soils and wires of various calibers imported from Japan.
Our mission is to demystify the world of bonsai giving you accurate information and especially by helping you choose plants that suit you according to your lifestyle and the time you want to spend in maintaining your tree. We will also be helpful in all matters of choice, maintenance, size, fertilization etc.

A secret question must be answered to claim the gift card received by e-mail.
Complete the form and pay for your purchase. A non-refundable handling fee will apply to your transaction.
On the selected sending date, the recipient will receive an e-mail message with the link to claim the gift card. The recipient will have to answer the security question you set to retrieve the card.
The recipient will have thirty (30) days to claim the gift card. Reminders will be sent during this period and the purchaser will also receive notifications whether or not the gift card has been claimed. In the event that the recipient does not claim the gift card within this period, the purchaser will receive the link to claim the gift card himself, which he can then transfer to the person, if he so wishes.
Once the card has been claimed, the recipient will receive the gift card in PDF format in a second e-mail. This card can be printed or presented on a mobile device at the merchant where it is applicable.
