Desbois Fisheries is a family business with a long history of fishing. Raymond Desbois began by fishing for cod and northern shrimp, and his son Bertrand Desbois and his brothers continued the tradition. Bertrand Desbois owns the two fish markets in Quebec City (Old Port Market and 1628 Saint-Louis Road).
He fishes for shrimp, snow crab, lobster, halibut, turbot, cod, and scallops. At our fish market, we prioritize products we catch ourselves and other products from Quebec and New Brunswick. We differentiate ourselves through the freshness of our products and the fact that we operate directly from the source.

A secret question must be answered to claim the gift card received by e-mail.
Complete the form and pay for your purchase. A non-refundable handling fee will apply to your transaction.
On the selected sending date, the recipient will receive an e-mail message with the link to claim the gift card. The recipient will have to answer the security question you set to retrieve the card.
The recipient will have thirty (30) days to claim the gift card. Reminders will be sent during this period and the purchaser will also receive notifications whether or not the gift card has been claimed. In the event that the recipient does not claim the gift card within this period, the purchaser will receive the link to claim the gift card himself, which he can then transfer to the person, if he so wishes.
Once the card has been claimed, the recipient will receive the gift card in PDF format in a second e-mail. This card can be printed or presented on a mobile device at the merchant where it is applicable.
